  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 8
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Raw onion paste 2


  1. Heat oil in big handi, put raw onion paste and fry until light pink.
  2. Now put chicken boneless, ginger garlic paste and salt.
  3. When water of chicken dries, add yogurt, red chili flakes and all spice powder and roast it nicely.
  4. Then put chopped green chilies, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, butter and fresh cream, mix it, cover it and keep on simmer.
  5. Makhni handi is ready.
