					Ingredients:
- Caster sugar 1/2 cup
 
- Butter 1/4 cup
 
- Ground nutmeg 3/4 tsp
 
- Milk 1/2 cup
 
- Baking powder 1 tsp
 
- Flour 1 cup
 
- Melted butter 1/4 cup
 
- Caster sugar 1/2 cup
 
- Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
 
Method:
- Mix 1/2 cup caster sugar, 1/4 cup butter and nutmeg in bowl.
 
- Stir in milk and then mix in baking powder and flour until just combined.
 
- Fill greased mini muffin cups about half full.
 
- Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees C or until tops are lightly golden, 15 to 20 minutes.
 
- While muffins are baking, place 1/4 cup of melted butter in bowl.
 
- In separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of sugar with cinnamon.
 
- Remove muffins from their cups, dip each muffin in melted butter and roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
