					Ingredients:
- Flour 1/2 kg
 
- Yeast 1 tsp
 
- Salt 1/2 tsp
 
- Ghee as required
 
- Cream 1 cup
 
- Sugar 2 tbsp
 
- Water as required
 
Method:
- Put flour, yeast, salt, cream and sugar in bowl, knead with water and keep for 30 minutes.
 
- Now roll roti, spread 1/2 cup ghee, sprinkle little little flour and roll it.
 
- Then cut into 4 portions with knife, press with hands and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
 
- Then roll like roti, heat ghee on tawa and fry parathay.
 
- Reshmi paratha is ready.
