					Ingredients:
- All purpose flour 500 gm
 
- Gram lentil 100 gm
 
- Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
 
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
 
- Ghee for frying
 
- Salt to taste
 
Method:
- Grind gram lentil, cumin seeds and onion seeds together.
 
- Add 2-3 tbsp ghee in all purpose flour, knead it and make portions.
 
- Then fill with lentil mixture.
 
- Now make portions, mark cut, turn like corn, give bal and make portions.
 
- Then put ghee on tawa, roll portions and fry it on tawa.
