Mirch lehsun ka achar 


  • Big green chilli 1/2 kg
for filling:
  • Garlic 1/2 kg
  • Garlic 4-5 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 2 tbsp
  • Crushed mustard seeds 3 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tbsp
  • Mustard oil 1 cup


  1. Watch the green chilies and put a cut in the center.
  2. Take the peel off of the garlic and crush it. Then add cumin, salt, crushed red Chilies, crush mustard seeds, turmeric and mix well.
  3. Now fill the mixture with Chilies and pour in a bottle. Heat up mustard oil and pour on top.
  4. Leave it side in the heat for 3 to 4 days.
  5. Mirch lehsun achar is ready 

Mix achar 

  • Raw Mango 2 kg
  • Lasore 1-1/2 kg
  • Lemon 1 kg
  • Green chilli 500 gm
  • Garlic 500 gm
  • Carrot 1 kg
  • Salt to taste 
  • Crushed red chili 4 tbsp
  • Red chili pwd 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 3 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 8-10 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 8-10 tbsp
  • Whole cumin 6 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 4 tbsp
  • Onion seeds 4 tbsp
  • Coriander pwd 2 tbsp
  • Crushed Garlic 1/2 cup
  • Mustard seeds  5 tbsp
  • Mustard oil as required 


  1. Peel half kg mangoes and turn them into a paste
  2. Cut the remaining mangoes lemons and carrots.
  3. Put cuts on green chilies.
  4. Put salt and turmeric on Lasore,garlic, carrot and all of the other things and leave for the whole night and discard the excess water.
  5. Crush coriander, fennel seeds, cumin. 
  6. Now add in crushed red chillies, red chili powder, coriander powder, crushed garlic, onion seeds mustard seeds leave it for 6 to 8 hours. 
  7. Heat up mustard oil and let it cool and pour it in the achar and put it in the Mary abandoned
  8. Cover it with a clean cloth and leave it under the sunlight and stir with a wooden spoon everyday. 
  9. Mix achar is ready.
