Mirch lehsun ka achar ingredients: Garlic 1/2 kg Garlic 4-5 tbsp Cumin 1 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Crushed red chili 2 tbsp Crushed mustard seeds 3 tbsp Turmeric 1 tbsp Mustard oil 1 cup method: Watch the green chilies and put a cut in the center. Take the peel off of the garlic and crush it. Then add cumin, salt, crushed red Chilies, crush mustard seeds, turmeric and mix well. Now fill the mixture with Chilies and pour in a bottle. Heat up mustard oil and pour on top. Leave it side in the heat for 3 to 4 days. Mirch lehsun achar is ready Mix achar Raw Mango 2 kg Lasore 1-1/2 kg Lemon 1 kg Green chilli 500 gm Garlic 500 gm Carrot 1 kg Salt to taste Crushed red chili 4 tbsp Red chili pwd 2 tbsp Turmeric 3 tbsp Fennel seeds 8-10 tbsp Whole coriander 8-10 tbsp Whole cumin 6 tbsp Fenugreek seeds 4 tbsp Onion seeds 4 tbsp Coriander pwd 2 tbsp Crushed Garlic 1/2 cup Mustard seeds 5 tbsp Mustard oil as required Method:
Peel half kg mangoes and turn them into a paste Cut the remaining mangoes lemons and carrots. Put cuts on green chilies. Heat up mustard oil and let it cool and pour it in the achar and put it in the Mary abandoned Cover it with a clean cloth and leave it under the sunlight and stir with a wooden spoon everyday.
