Tawa Seekh Kabab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Curd cheese 2 tbsp
- Onion 1 grated and squeezed out water
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Coriander 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2 to 3 chopped
- Tomato 1 julienne
- Capsicum 1 julienne
- Onion 1
Method
- Marinate mince with salt, chili powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic, grated onion, curd cheese and chop well.
- Now mix well, make into seekh kabab shape and fry on tawa.
- Then add in tomato julienne, chopped green chilies, capsicum julienne and onion, cook for 5 minutes, add cumin and remove from stove.
