Tawa Seekh Kabab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Curd cheese 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 grated and squeezed out water
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2 to 3 chopped
  • Tomato 1 julienne
  • Capsicum 1 julienne
  • Onion 1

Method

  1. Marinate mince with salt, chili powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic, grated onion, curd cheese and chop well.
  2. Now mix well, make into seekh kabab shape and fry on tawa.
  3. Then add in tomato julienne, chopped green chilies, capsicum julienne and onion, cook for 5 minutes, add cumin and remove from stove.
