Ingredients:

  • Finely chopped onions 2
  • Finely chopped tomatoes 2
  • Chopped green chili 4
  • Eggs 8
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 bowl
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. Mix eggs, salt and turmeric in bowl and beat well.
  2. Put oil in karahi pan, put onions and tomatoes and roast it well.
  3. Then add crushed red chilies.
  4. Heat oil in another pan, fry eggs and stir it fast.
  5. When egg is scrambled, put onions and tomatoes and roast it well.
  6. When oil separate, put green coriander and serve hot.
  7. Keep chapti or paratha with it.
