Ingredients:

  • Chicken 12 pieces
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 bowl
  • Chopped green chilies 8
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemons 2
  • Fresh cream 2 packet
  • Finely chopped onions 3
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Rice 2 to 2-1/2 bowls
  • Oil 1 bowl
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Fresh milk 1 bowl
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch

Method:

  1. Mix chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste, salt, 1/2 bunch mint leaves, chopped green chilies and yogurt in pot and boil it.
  2. When water dries, mix crushed black pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Now heat oil in karahi pan, golden brown finely chopped onion, take it out and spread it.
  4. Then put chicken in hot oil.
  5. Now boil rice. Also put salt, 1/2 bunch mint leaves and 2-3 green chilies and boil 2/4. Then drain water.
  6. Then mix cream in chicken.
  7. Then make layer of half rice and spread chicken on top.
  8. Crush half onion and mix it.
  9. Then make layer of half rice on top.
  10. Mix yellow food color in fresh milk, put on top and keep on simmer.
  11. When steam comes up, serve hot biryani with yogurt raita.
