Ingredients:

  • Chicken drumsticks 6
  • Boiled & chopped potatoes 6
  • Shredded cheddar cheese 1 packet
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Beaten eggs 2
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Mark deep cuts on chicken drumsticks.
  2. Now wash it, marinate with ginger garlic paste and salt, cook it and dry its water.
  3. Now mash boiled potatoes and mix rice flour, salt, shredded cheddar cheese and crushed black pepper.
  4. Then spread little little mixture of potatoes in hand, keep one drumsticks in center and close from all sides.
  5. Then dip in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
  6. In end, heat oil in karahi pan and deep fry drumsticks until golden brown.
  7. Then serve hot with chili sauce.
