Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour 2 cups
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Soda by carb 1/4 tsp
  • Melted ghee 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Caster sugar 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put wheat flour, flour and soda in bowl and mix it.
  2. Now put melted ghee, milk, yogurt and caster sugar and knead it well.
  3. Add water if required.
  4. Dough should be soft.
  5. Now cover it and leave for 4 hours at room temperature.
  6. Then make 12 portions and roll is size of 1/4 plate.
  7. Spread ghee on it.
  8. Sprinkle flour and roll like Swiss roll.
  9. Now give shape of dough again, roll it again, make parathay and deep fry it.
