					Ingredients:
- Lady finger 1 kg
- Finely chopped almonds 15
- Salt to taste
- Crushed red chilies as required
- Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
- Oil as required
 
Method:
- Wash lady finger and dry it.
- Then cut it into long.
- Now heat oil in karahi, deep fry lady finger until golden brown, take it out and spread on tissue so that it becomes crisp.
- When serve, heat it lightly.
- Roast almonds lightly and mix lady finger and almonds in dish.
- Then mix salt, crushed red chilies and chaat masala and serve hot.
