Ingredients:

  • Fresh milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Chopped almonds 25
  • Small cardamoms 8
  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • Rice flour 4-5 tbsp
  • Condensed milk 1/2 tin

Method:

  1. Mix small cardamoms with 1 tsp sugar and grind it.
  2. Put fresh milk and crushed cardamom in pot and cook it.
  3. When milk is thick, add sugar.
  4. Sugar dissolves nicely in milk, put boiled and blended vermicelli and cook for a while.
  5. Then put rice flour slowly slowly in some cold milk, thick it and close stove.
  6. Then cook almonds with some sugar and make caramel sauce.
  7. Then mix khoya, almonds and condensed milk and beat it nicely.
  8. Freeze in one bowl or freeze in kulfi mold.
  9. Badami kulfi is ready.
