Spanish Omelet by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 4
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped capsicum 1
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Finely chopped tomato 1
  • Mushrooms 4
  • Tikka chunks 4 tbsp
  • Grated cheese 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Beat eggs with salt, black pepper and milk.
  2. Now heat oil, put eggs and spread in frying pan.
  3. Then pick up from edges.
  4. Now sprinkle capsicum, onion, tomato, mushrooms and tikka chunks and press it.
  5. Then sprinkle cheese, cover pan and cook until cheese melts.
  6. In end, serve hot with toast.
