Karahi Bhindi Aur Aloo by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Bhindi 250 gm
  • Potatoes 2
  • Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Kasoori methi 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • White cumin roasted 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry bhindi on low flame.
  2. Now fry potatoes until golden.
  3. Then take out all ingredients from oil.
  4. Now fry garlic until golden. Then remove from stove.
  5. Now put remaining ingredients with 1/4 cup water and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Then add fried bhindi and potatoes, cover it and simmer it for 10 minutes.
  7. In end, serve with poori.
