Ingredients:

  • Boiled eggs 6
  • Potatoes 2
  • Onion brown grinded 3 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • Peanuts 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin roasted and crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put bhagar ingredients and saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Now add garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, salt, cumin, tomato puree, onion, coconut, sesame seeds and peanuts.
  3. For gravy: Put 1 cup water and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Then add potatoes, cover it and cook for 10 minutes until potatoes tender.
  5. Then put eggs, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
