Karachi Haleem

Ingredients:

  • beef 750 gm
  • rewaj 250 gm
  • bone stock 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • wheat 500 gm
  • Gram (split) 250 gm
  • oil as required
  • salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • turmeric 1tsp
  • Mix spice pwd 1 tbsp
  • ghee 1 cup
  • onion 1 pcs
  • vinegar for serving
  • mint for serving 
  • fried onion for serving 
  • crushed ginger for serving 
  • lemon for serving

Method:

  1. Boil the meat 
  2. Heat the oil add ginger garlic paste, spices, garam masala, turmeric , water and cook.
  3. Next add the meat,rawaj,bone stalk and leave it.
  4. Boil the wheat add in chana daal and crush it (ghott lain). then add the spices of the meat in this and mix well.
  5. garnish with ghee and brown onions.
