Tikka Macaroni Rice by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion slice 1
  • Tomato slice 1
  • Boneless chicken 250 gm
  • Boiled macaroni 1 cup
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Bake parlor tikka macaroni masala 1 sachet

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with macaroni masala.
  2. Now heat oil in pan, put marinated chicken and cook for a while.
  3. Now add capsicum and tomato, mix it and keep it aside.
  4. For sauce: Put ketchup, mayonnaise, vinegar and soya sauce and mix it.
  5. Now put boiled rice in dish.
  6. Put macaroni on it.
  7. Now put chicken mixture.
  8. Then put sauce.
  9. Garnish with green coriander and green chilies and serve.
