Ingredients:

  • Ice cream 1/2 liter
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Bananas 4
  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Pineapple slices 1 cup
  • Strawberry 1 cup
  • Green jelly 1 packet
  • Red jelly 1 packet
  • Orange jelly 1 packet
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Put  vermicelli in milk and cook on low flame.
  2. When vermicelli tender, dissolve custard powder in 1/2 cup water and put with sugar and cool it.
  3. Cook jelly separately and set it.
  4. Now put cream, condensed milk and vanilla essence and beat it.
  5. Cut pineapple and bananas and put in big bowl.
  6. Now mix ice cream, custard and cream mixture with fruits.
  7. Add jelly pieces and serve cold.
