Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • Maida 2 cups
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Boiled beef mince 200 gm
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Split bengal gram 1/2 cup
  • Crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  • Red chilies 5-6
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add maida, ghee and salt in mixing bowl, mix it nicely and knead it.
  2. Now boil mince with garlic and strain it.
  3. Then add bengal gram, mince, cumin, red chilies and salt in chopper and grind it.
  4. Then make small small portions on kneaded flour, fill with gram mixture and leave it for a while.
  5. Then roll it.
  6. Then heat oil in pan, fry kachori on low flame, take it out and serve hot.
