Thai Style Red Kabab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Suree siracha sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Hoisen sauce 1 tbsp
  • Coconut milk 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion 1

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with siracha sauce, soya sauce, hoisen sauce and coconut milk for 30 minutes.
  2. Then skew in skewers with capsicum and onion in order and pan fry in 2 tbsp oil.
  3. Then keep on boiled rice and serve it.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves and coriander leaves.
