Maghaz Kabab by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 300 gm
  • Cow brain 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Eggs 1-2
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for garnish
  • Lemon for garnish

Method:

  1. Put mince, brain, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, red chili powder, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, all spice powder, green coriander, green chilies, eggs, bread crumbs and salt in mixing bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Now make kabab of it.
  3. Then heat oil in pan and fry kabab on low flame.
  4. In end, dish out it, garnish with lettuce leaves and lemon and serve it.
