Chicken Mince - 1/2 kg
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
Chopped Onions - 1 cup
Chopped Fresh Coriander - 4 tbsp
Roasted and Grounded Cumin - 1 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
All Spice Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Green Chili Garlic sauce - 1 tbsp
Hoisin sauce - 2 tbsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp]
Paprika - 1 tsp
Chopped green chilies - 6
Cream - 4 tbsp
Sliced bread - 2
Egg - 1
In a chopper, chop chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, salt, chopped onions, chopped fresh coriander, roasted and grounded cumin, cinnamon powder, all spice powder, green chili garlic sauce, hoisin sauce, black pepper, paprika, chopped green chilies, cream, sliced bread, egg and grind all together.
Make long shaped balls.
Now deep fry and smoke them.
