					Ingredients:
- Pumpkin 2 kg
- Cardamom 6
- Pistachio 50 gm
- Desiccated coconut 100 gm
- Ghee 250 gm
- Sugar 250 gm
- Ghee 250 gm
- Kewra 1 tbsp
- Dried milk 2 cup
 
Method:
- Grate pumpkin and cook with 1 glass water on low flame in pot.
- When tender, put ghee and roast it nicely.
- Then add sugar and cardamom.
- When water of sugar dries, put coconut and khoya and mix it.
- Then add kewra and dried milk and close stove.
- Then take it out in dish, sprinkle pistachio and serve.
