Chana Daal Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Gram lentil 1 cup
  • Brown onion 1/2 cups
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Whole spices 1/2 tbsp
  • Korma masala 1/2 packet
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put whole spices and ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
  2. Now put mutton, korma masala, brown onion and yogurt, cover it and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Then put 1 cup water, cover it again and cook it until meat is ready and water dries.
  4. Then add gram lentil and simmer it.
  5. In end, sprinkle whole spice and green coriander and serve with tandoori naan.
