Baisani Roti by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Basin - 2 cups
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Finely Chopped Onions - 4 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Crushed Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Chopped Green Chilies - 2
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. In a bowl, add basin, wheat flour, salt, chopped onions, cumin seeds, crushed coriander seeds, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves and make a dough by adding Luke warm water.
  2. Now make small balls out of the dough.
  3. Shape the balls like chapati and cook from both sides using a tawa.
  4. Keep on adding butter on top while making the roti.

Baisani Roti is prepared with Gram Flour, Wheat Flour and Green Chilies.
