Ingredients for Sriracha Rice:

  • Rice - 2 cups
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Chopped Onions - 2 tbsp
  • Crushed Garlic - 1 tsp
  • Tomato cubes - 1
  • Chicken Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Sriracha Sauce - 4 tbsp

Ingredients for Chicken Strips:

  • Boneless Chicken Breast - 2
  • Sriracha Sauce - 4 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed Garlic - 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, crushed garlic, sriracha sauce and grill in quarter cup oil.
  2. Keep this chicken strips a side.
  3. For rice, heat 2 tbsp oil and add chopped onions, crushed garlic and fry.
  4. Now add sriracha sauce, chicken powder, salt and soaked rice.
  5. When it starts boiling, add a pinch of yellow colour, cover the lid and cook on medium heat till it gets ready.
  6. Fold tomato cubes in the end, cover it and pressure cook it.
  7. Serve with chicken strips on top.

Sriracha Rice With Chicken Strips is prepared with Rice and Vegetables and served with Chicken Strips.
