Double Ka Meetha by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices (big) 1
  • Sugar 2 kg
  • Nutmeg 20 gm
  • Mace 20 gm
  • Green cardamom 7
  • Khoya 1/2 kg
  • Almonds 50 gm
  • Pistachios 50 gm
  • Raisins 100 gm
  • Silver leaves 2 packets
  • Ghee as required
  • Saffron color as required
  • Milk as required

Method:

  1. Cut bread into 4 slices and fry in ghee until golden.
  2. Now heat milk, add nutmeg, mace, cardamom and khoya and cook it nicely.
  3. Then also put saffron color.
  4. Then set bread slices on pan, put milk mixture on top and leave until dry.
  5. Now garnish with almonds, pistachios, khoya and raisins.
  6. When cool, garnish with silver paper.
  7. Double ka meetha is ready.

  • Atif Bhai and Umeranis do u think this problem of not uploading videos will be solved within a month. I think u should negotiate to upload old videos of 2007, 2008 first. This way some videos will be available to users.
