Ingredients:

  • Chicken leg piece 6
  • Rooh afza 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind pulp 4 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Water 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put chicken leg in bowl, marinate with salt, red chili powder and ginger garlic for 1 hour.
  2. Now tender drumsticks with 1 cup water.
  3. Then heat oil, take out drumsticks from masalay, fry it and take out in tissue paper.
  4. Then put rooh afza, vinegar and tamarind pulp in pan and cook it.
  5. Now add drumsticks in it and cook it.
  6. When drumsticks is coated with sauce nicely, take out in plate and serve.
