Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Button red chilies 8
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cloves 8
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 bunch

Method:

  1. Put beef, turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste in wok and cook it on stove.
  2. Boil eggs in water with salt in this time.
  3. When it boils hard, take it out and wash with cold water.
  4. Then remove skin and put clove on both sides.
  5. When water of mince dries, put oil.
  6. Also put green chilies and red chilies and roast it nicely.
  7. Then put lemon juice.
  8. Now heat oil in frying pan, fry onion until golden brown and spread on paper.
  9. Then put eggs and fry it lightly.
  10. Then take out mince in dish, cut eggs into 2 pieces and decorate it.
  11. In end, put fried onion, ginger and coriander leaves and serve hot.
