					Ingredients:
- Black tea 12 bags
 
- Sugar 1-3/4 cups
 
- Lemon thinly slices 1
 
- Mint springs as required
 
- Ice cubes as required
 
Method:
- In large pot, bring 2 quarts water to boil.
 
- Add tea bags, cover and steep for 15 minutes, discard tea bags.
 
- Add sugar and lemon slices and stir until sugar is dissolved.
 
- Transfer tea to pitcher.
 
- Stir in 7 cups old water and sprigs of mint, is using.
 
- Refrigerate until chilled, serve over ice.
