Ingredients:

  • Beef 1 kg
  • Chopped Onion 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Tomatoes 1/2 cup
  • Pine Nuts 1/3 cup
  • Walnuts 1/3 cup
  • Cashew Nuts 1/3 cup
  • Dates 1 cup
  • Dates syrup 1/3 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/3 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic 4 cloves
  • Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon Powder 1 tsp
  • Stock Dissolve Water 1 cube
  • Salt, White pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Put oil and garlic in pan and saute it.
  2. Then put beef and cook until brown and tender.
  3. Now put white pepper, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder and turmeric and mix it.
  4. Then put stock and water.
  5. When water dries and meat tender, put tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are not mashed.
  6. Then put pine nuts, walnuts, cashew nuts, onion, lemon powder and dates syrup and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  7. Then put capsicum, cheese and dates, cook it, take out in dish, decorate with pine nuts and serve.
