Mixed Fried Rice by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  • Chicken breast strips 1/2 cup
  • Prawns 8-10
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Carrot chopped 1
  • Spring onion leaves 1 cup
  • Peas boiled 1/4 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken and prawns with salt, white pepper and 1 tbsp soya sauce and keep it aside.
  2. Now heat oil in wok, put beaten eggs and marinated chicken and prawns and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Now put onion, carrot, green onion, peas with boiled rice, 2 tbsp soya sauce, salt and white pepper, mix it nicely and serve.
