Ingredients:

  • Rice grounded 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Pink food color 1 pinch
  • Rose leaves 1 cup
  • Rose water 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Nestle milk pack cream 1 packet
  • Almond grounded 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nut and almonds 100 gm
  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • Red syrup 4 tbsp
  • Green syrup 4 tbsp
  • Silver paper as required

Method:

  1. Cook milk.
  2. Now put rice.
  3. When thick, put sugar, cardamom, rose water, 1/2 cup almonds and cream and close stove.
  4. Then divide vermicelli into 2 portions.
  5. Soak one portion in red syrup and second portion in green syrup.
  6. Then put firni and green vermicelli.
  7. Then put firni and red vermicelli.
  8. Then put firni, garnish with cashew nuts, almonds and silver paper and serve.
