Ingredients:

  • Boiled white bengal gram 250 grams
  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Chopped garlic 4-5g
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Black cardamom 3-4
  • Cinnamon 2-3
  • Cloves 4-5
  • Bay leaves 2-3
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Ginger (finely slices) 1 inch piece
  • Ghee 5-6 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil white gram hard.
  2. Now heat ghee on tawa, put cardamom, cloves and bay leaves and crackle it.
  3. Then add onion and garlic and fry it.
  4. When onion is brown, add beef mince and roast it.
  5. Now add red chili, cumin seeds, black pepper, coriander seeds, turmeric, tomatoes, mix it nicely and roast it.
  6. When masala is roasted, add lentil and fry it nicely.
  7. When lentil, mince and masala is mixed nicely, add green chilies, mix it and take out in dish.
  8. Then garnish with ginger and coriander leaves and serve.

Tawa Fry Mash Keema is Desi Dhaba Dish, prepared with White Bengal Gram & Beef Mince, cooked on Tawa, garnished with Ginger & Coriander Leaves and served with Naan, Raita and Salad.
