Ingredients:

For Flan:

  • Butter 6 oz
  • Sugar 6 oz
  • Eggs 3
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Mix fruit flan 1 tin

For Vanilla Cream:

  • Milk 2 cup
  • Caster sugar 2 oz
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. For vanilla cream: Put milk, caster sugar, vanilla essence and corn flour in saucepan, mix it and cook until thick.
  2. Then stir it nicely, take it out and cool it.
  3. For flan: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Now add eggs and beat it nicely.
  5. Then fold in sieved flour mixture and put vanilla essence.
  6. Now grease 9 inch flan  tin and spread mixture.
  7. Then bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes till light golden.
  8. Now take it out and cool on platter.
  9. Then put fruit syrup in center and spread vanilla cream.
  10. Now decorate with fruit tin and fresh cream.

Fruit Flan is a Sponge Cake filled with Sweet Filling. It is Dessert Dish. It is Baked in Oven and served Chilled.
