Ingredients:

  • Mutton/Beef 1 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Green chilies finely chopped 4
  • Lemons 4
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Raw papaya crushed 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds grinded 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash meat pieces nicely, spread some where and hammer slightly with knife.
  2. Put put yogurt, green chilies, lemon juice, raw papaya, poppy seeds, red chili powder, black pepper, ginger garlic paste and salt and leave for 2 to 2-1/2 hours.
  3. Then put masala meat and oil in pot and cook on low flame.
  4. When water of meat dries and tender, spread meat in big pan and put ghee.
  5. Then cover it and keep on tawa on low flame.
  6. Also keep 4-5 smoked coals on cover.
  7. Serve after 10-15 minutes with hot parathay.

Dum Ky Kabab is Spicy and Delicious Dish. It is prepared with Beef Or Mutton and then given Smoked of Coal. It is served with Parathay & Raita.
