Ingredients:

  • Boiled beef 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 4
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilies crushed 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat onion in oil, put ginger garlic paste and beef and fry until color of beef changes.
  2. Then put garam masala, cumin, red chilies, salt, green chilies and yogurt and cook until it dries.
  3. Now add cream, milk and fenugreek seeds and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

Balti Gosht is a type of Curry. It is Common Dish in Pakistan. You can try this at home and can be served with Rice or Naan.
