Aloo Saag Ki Bhujia by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 4
  • Mustard oil 1 cup
  • Chopped soya beans 2 bunches
  • Fenugreek leaves 6 bunches
  • Green chilies 4
  • Chopped garlic cloves 6
  • Button red chilies 8
  • Green beans 8
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash soya and fenugreek leaves and soak with turmeric.
  2. Heat mustard oil in wok and fry garlic until golden brown.
  3. Now put potato cubes and fry until golden brown.
  4. Then add small pieces of beans, soya, fenugreek, turmeric, green chilies, red chilies and salt, stir it, cover it and simmer on low flame.
  5. When oil separates and potatoes tender, serve aloo saag ki bhujia with hot chapati.

Aloo Saag Ki Bhujia is tasty & healthy dish. Make this dish at home after making lot of meat dishes. It is served with chapati or roti.
