Fenugreek/Methi Recipes

Fenugreek or methi is one of the main ingredients in Indian cuisine. It is found in form of leaves as well as seeds, whether itsparatha, daal or curry Indians like to have flavour of fenugreek in their meals. It aids in digestion as it is rich in fibre content and prevents indigestion problems and constipation.

Fenugreek also helps in losing weight as chewing soaked fenugreek seeds in morning suppress your appetite. It helps counter acid reflux or heart burn by intake of one teaspoon in your food. It is also a known remedy for fever and sore throat as well as relieves in cough through its relieving medicinal properties.
