Handi Saag Gosht Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Spinach 1/2 kg
  • Fenugreek leaves 2 bunches
  • Green chilies 6-8
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Fry spinach, fenugreek leaves and green chilies slightly and chop in chopper.
  2. Now heat ghee, put ginger garlic paste and fry mutton.
  3. Then put salt, red chili powder, turmeric and yogurt, add 1 cup water, cover it and tender mutton.
  4. Now put spinach mixture and milk and simmer it.
  5. Now take out in dish and serve.

Handi Saag Gosht is delicious dish. Spinach, fenugreek leaves & green chilies is fried and chopped. Then cooked with mutton and milk. You must try this recipe.
