Ingredients:

  • Spinach 1 kg
  • Fenugreek leaves 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 10
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and put garlic.
  2. Then put tomatoes, salt, crushed red chili and turmeric and roast on high flame.
  3. Then add spinach and fenugreek leaves.
  4. When water dries, simmer it for 10 minutes and sprinkle green chilies.

Palak Methi is healthy & delicious vegetable dish. The combination of spinach and fenugreek leaves is wonderful. You can serve it at any time.
