Ingredients:

  • Rice boiled 2 cups
  • Yogurt 3/4 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 3
  • Small fenugreek crushed 1 bunch
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Gram flour sieved 1 cup

Direction:

  1. Clean rice and soak with yogurt for 2 hours.
  2. Now grind rice in grinded.
  3. Now put mixture in bowl and put all ingredients.
  4. Then mix it, make in patti shape and deep fry.

Rice Bhajia is new & amazing snack. Rice is soaked with yogurt and grinded. Then mixed with vegetables, made patti and deep fried.
