Gajar Methi Ki Bhujia

Ingredients:

  • Fenugreek leaves 1/2 kg
  • Carrots 1/2 kg
  • Peas 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed chili 2 tsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and add garlic.
  2. When aroma comes, put tomatoes, turmeric, salt, chili, cumin, green chilies and mustard.
  3. Now add carrots, peas and fenugreek leaves and cover it.
  4. When tender, roast it.

Gajar Methi Ki Bhujia is delicious dish. Its flavors are amazing. Serve it with rice.
