Mixed Sabzi

Ingredients:

  • Finely chopped carrots 2
  • Potatoes 4
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Green chilies 6
  • Fenugreek leaves 2 bunches
  • Soya 2 bunches
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Peel peas 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok and fry garlic until golden brown.
  2. Now add potatoes, peas, carrots, turmeric, crushed red chilies, cumin and salt and cook on low flame.
  3. When vegetables tender, put fenugreek leaves, soya, green chilies and butter and simmer it on low flame.
  4. Then roast it, remove from stove and serve.

Mixed Sabzi is delicious dish. It is prepared with daily used vegetables. It is served as light meal and you can serve it any time.
