Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken cubes 1/2 kg
  • Boiled onion 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Butter 2 oz
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Grinded cashew nuts 15
  • Melon seeds grinded as required
  • Hung curd as required

Method:

  1. Blend onion with 2 cup water and 3 green chilies.
  2. Now heat oil in handi and fry blended onion paste for 10 minutes.
  3. Then put chicken with salt, black pepper, ginger garlic, cumin, all spice and yogurt, cover it and cook until chicken is ready.
  4. Then add cashew nuts, melon seeds, cream, butter and green chilies and simmer it.

White Butter Handi is delicious & tasty dish. It has rich texture of butter & cream which gives some extra flavors.
