Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Buns 4
  • Eggs 2
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Crushed garlic 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Crushed white pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Demigrass sauce 1/2 cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato, Salad leaves for decoration

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and saute onion.
  2. Then put beef mince with fat in mixing bowl, add fried onion, black pepper, white pepper, salt, corn flour and eggs, mix it nicely and make kabab tikkiyan.
  3. Heat oil in pan and fry kabab from both sides on low flame.
  4. Cut buns into 2 pieces.
  5. Noe keep tomato slice.
  6. Keep salad leaves, keep hot kabab and tomato.
  7. Then put demigrass sauce, keep second piece of bun and serve it.
