  • Chicken drumsticks 6-8
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Orange color as required
  • Onion rings to serve
  • Chaat masala for sprinkle
  • Lemon slices to serve


  1. Marinate drumsticks with curd, lemon juice, all spice powder, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste and orange color for 1 hour.
  2. Then mix salt.
  3. Now grill chicken, sprinkle chaat masala and serve with onion rings and lemon slices/

Chicken Tangri Kabab is delicious dish. It is prepared with chicken drumsticks, marinated with yogurt and served with onion.
