Ingredients:

  • Semolina 250 gm
  • Almond paste 1 cup
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Almond essence 1 tsp
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Almonds for garnish

Method:

  1. Make paste of almonds.
  2. Now heat ghee in pan, put semolina and roast it.
  3. Then add milk, sugar and almond paste and roast it.
  4. Then add khoya and almond essence, mix it and cook until halwa leaves ghee.
  5. Then take out halwa in dish, garnish with almonds and serve.

Badam Ka Halwa is delicious & delightful dish. This flavor of almonds is rich. Must try this at home to surprise family & guests.
