Ingredients:

  • Sugar can juice 4 cups
  • Boiled rice 1 cup
  • Green cardamom 3-4
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Dry dates 2 tbsp
  • Raisins 2 tbsp
  • Coconut 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put sugar can juice and boiled rice in big pan, cook on medium flame and stir it.
  2. Then add green cardamom, cook on low flame, wait until thick, remove from stove, add cream, dry dates, raisins and coconut, keep in fridge and serve cold.
