					Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
 
- Onion 1
 
- Tomato 2
 
- Green chilies 4
 
- Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
 
- Salt 1 tsp
 
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
 
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
 
- Cumin 1 tsp
 
- Fennel 1 tsp
 
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
 
- Chaat masala 1 tbsp
 
- All spice 1 tsp
 
- Boiled eggs 2
 
- Oil as required
 
Method:
- Heat oil on tawa and fry onion.
 
- Now cut tomato into round, keep on sides of onion and cover it.
 
- When tomato is soft, put green chilies, ginger garlic, salt, red chili, coriander, cumin, fennel, chaat masala and all spice and roast it.
 
- Then add mince and oil, cover it and cook until tender.
 
- Then garnish green chilies and coriander leaves and serve hot.
 
								
					  
					
					Tawa Keema is tasty dish. Its flavor is delicious. It is cooked on tawa and served with roti.
